Various threads
Our wide range of materials ranges from natural fibers to synthetic fibers and special-purpose fibers, and our application ranges from industrial sewing threads to threads for industrial materials, household threads, and special-purpose threads.
Sewing thread
Polyester spun yarn
Polyester is a material used all over the world, and is well known as the material used in PET bottles. Polyester spun yarn is made by processing polyester into a cotton-like material and then spinning it. It is characterized by high tenacity and moderate elongation, and is used in a wide range of sewing applications.
cotton thread
Cotton thread is a thread with a very long history, said to have been developed in the Indus civilization. Although cotton thread is a natural fiber, it has the same or even greater strength and heat resistance as other materials, making it excellent for sewing. Because it is a natural fiber, it is primarily suited to sewing items that come into direct contact with the skin, such as towels and underwear.
Woolly Nylon Thread
This is a yarn made from nylon long fibers that has been processed (woolly processed) to give it a feel and elasticity similar to wool. Because the yarn can contain air, it has excellent heat retention and stretchability. It is mainly used for sewing stretch fibers, knitted items, underwear, socks, etc.
Thunderon Thread
static elimination effect by discharging the accumulated static electricity through corona discharge.

Filament Yarn

Filament thread is a continuous length of thread like silk. It has a glossy surface and is used in a wide range of fields as a high-quality sewing thread, replacing silk thread.
Vinylon thread

This thread, also known as PVA, is the first industrially developed fiber using domestic technology. It has high tenacity, low elongation, good thread tightness, and excellent weather resistance.
Retroreflective thread

This is a thread with reflective material twisted into it. It has the characteristic of reflecting light back in the direction of the incident light. Products using retroreflective threads serve to increase visibility at night.
Aramid Yarn

This refers to a super fiber that has significantly higher strength, elasticity, heat resistance, and flame retardancy than fibers used in ordinary clothing.
luminous thread

A luminous agent is a material that stores sunlight during the day and emits a faint glow in the dark. Luminous thread is a thread that has this luminous material kneaded into it. Unlike reflective thread, it can become a luminous body itself. It has the effect of increasing visibility in the dark.
Household Yarn

We offer a wide range of finishes, including spool winding, carded board winding and skein winding, mainly using silk, cotton and synthetic materials.
Stainless steel thread

This stainless steel sewing thread has the properties of metal (heat resistance, corrosion resistance, conductivity) while remaining flexible. It is used for sewing fabrics for materials such as furnace exhaust ducts that require strength and heat resistance.
Deodorizing thread (cotton thread)

This yarn has the effect of deodorizing unpleasant odors such as sweat odor and body odor associated with aging. However, unlike activated carbon, it does not absorb odors; rather, the molecules attached to the yarn chemically bind with the components that cause body odor, repeatedly decomposing and eliminating the odor. The bound and decomposed components are washed away by washing, leaving only the deodorizing molecules attached to the yarn, allowing it to be used for a long time even after repeated washing.
Cotton Core Yarn

Core means the core of the thread, and this thread has a polyester thread at the core, which is covered with cotton thread. Because it has a polyester thread at the core, it is stronger than 100% cotton, and because the surface is covered with cotton, the texture of the cotton is maintained. It is used for denim and bookbinding.
T/C

This material is a blend of terylene and cotton, and combines the strength of polyester with the texture of cotton.
Organic Cotton Sewing Thread

This sewing thread is made from cotton grown in accordance with organic farming standards, on farmland required by certification agencies, and with strict standards for reduced use of pesticides and fertilizers.
Binding thread
This thread is made from spun silk/cotton/silk yarn and is specially made for use in futon binding.
Polyester spun yarn (thick count)

This thread is used to sew the top and bottom ends of rice bags, cement bags, fertilizer bags, feed bags, etc.
This thread is used for sewing nets and soundproofing sheets at construction sites.
